ZaZoo

ZaZoo is a newly formed ensemble based in Amsterdam. Their music blends the improvisational qualities of jazz with the colors and interplay of classical music, as well as grooves and textures from electronic music.

They experiment with a unique lineup, featuring Elsa Le Moigne on cello, William Becuwe on trombone, Tejas Ziegler on keyboard and Dane Paris on drums.

Elsa leads and composes for the ensemble, however the musical roles are fluid: each player evolves as a soloist, bassist, accompanist, or section player throughout the various atmospheres of their music.
